About this house rental
Nestled in Holmes Beach, this lovely house for $1,298 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Bimini Bay Breeze is a gorgeous canal front home with an expansive outdoor living area and is conveniently located close to both Anna Maria's top-rated beaches and Pine Street with all of its shops and restaurants. The back yard has a private dock with a 10,000 pound boat lift with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico (no bridges). Guests can bring their own boat, as well as adventuring out in the kayaks or paddle boards that are provided with the house. A multitude of amenities include a five hole putting green on Astro Turf, ocean kayaks, pool and spa, outdoor kitchen near pool, private outdoor shower/changing room, stand up paddle boards, ping pong table, fire pit, and much more. Just two blocks from the Gulf of Mexico beaches, it is an easy stroll with the provided beach cart and beach chairs. The home is beautifully appointed inside and out. The ground level garage opens to the covered outdoor kitchen surrounded by bar stools and the beautifully landscaped back yard that leads to the canal. The back yard features the heated pool/spa, the canal side fire pit, dining area for six, a relaxing shaded hammock, a ping pong table, an outdoor hot/cold shower and changing room, and the five hole putting green with clubs and golf balls provided. In addition, boaters may bring their own boat and use the boat lift. A bonus area at the dock includes a roll off and a ladder for launching kayaks. The breezy main level features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen - with new stainless steel appliances - that includes a chef prep sink station and a living area that fully opens via multi-slide glass doors to a large screened in porch with a lounging and dining space. This level also includes a powder room, laundry room, and an ensuite queen bedroom with entry to the porch. The porch has a dining area for eight with mini fridge and sink and a comfortable living area - all overlooking the back yard. Retractable shades provide as much privacy & shade as desired. Just outside the screened-in area is a sunning porch with lounge chairs and a staircase descending to the backyard. The top level includes a luxurious master suite with a porch, two more king bedrooms, and a full bath. Ceiling fans are in every bedroom and living area on the property, including covered porches. The unscreened porch overlooks the back yard and is perfect for unwinding with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. From the porch, ascend the spiral staircase to the crow's nest on the roof for breathtaking 360 degree views of the bay and the gulf. The perfect place for a sunset! Overall, there is approximately 1,600 SQ FT of covered outdoor living space, of which almost 500 SQ FT is screened in. An elevator is available to take you from the beautifully landscaped ground level to the third floor. Fantastic property in a great location! Dan and Lori were great to deal with throughout our booking, and the one issue we had was dealt with within an hour of reporting. I can’t recommend BB9 enough for anyone looking for a great villa, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bay!

Wonderful property full of endless fun! Pool and backyard kitchen area were our favorites! The putting green was a huge hit with our 13 year old son. The dock to the canal was a great start to the day- the boys loved to fish every morning! House was clean and wonderfully stocked with anything you could imagine! So much appreciate the extras- paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, aluminum foil, just to name a few! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and coffee to start our trip. House was spotless! Perfect location to the beach, and Pine Street. Felt very private. Wonderful memories were made here!

The home is beautiful, has everything you will need to cook, keep kids entertained. I’ve stayed in a lot of places. It was nice to have plenty of the necessities. You are walking distance to the beautiful white sandy beach, the house had everything you will need to spend the day at the beach. You are also walking distance to many places to eat lunch and dinner. Nice quant places I may add. There’s no shortage of ice cream places to walk to. I would highly recommend this house to my closest family and friends.

Seamless rental and check in process. Every detail is well thought out - from the cooking items to paddle boards, kayaks, games, etc. Pool and spa are awesome along with the many outdoor seating areas. Proximity to Pine street is perfect. Highly recommend for adults or family.

We have been coming to Anna Maria for 10 years and this is the best property we have stayed at! Too many great amenities to list them all but here are some highlights:
- Outstanding outdoor space
- Pool is larger than most pools on the island
- Home is very comfortable and wonderfully appointed
- The screened porch was wonderful. We spent a lot of time there
- Everything is easily marked, didn’t have to call property management - there are signs throughout the home to tell you all about light switches, remotes, etc.
- Watched sunrise and sunset from the top deck
- Nice beach cart and beach toys for use
- Property managers were very nice and welcoming
We hope to enjoy this home again in the future!

Absolutely wonderful
We have stayed at Anna Maria on many previous occasions and this was head and shoulders the nicest property we have stayed in on the island. Clean, well appointed, well maintained. Will definitely come back. Dan & Goose were very responsive and helpful on the property management side too.

Beautiful home with great amenities
We had a wonderful week staying at Bimini Back 9. Great house and perfect location. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook in. The house was a 5 min bike ride/ golf cart ride to the beach and shops on Pine Ave. We also enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding on the bay. The property managers were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The owners truly thought of everything to make our stay relaxing and comfortable.

Dream Vacation!!
This house was as advertised!! It was clean and well stocked. The amenities were excellent. We kayaked, paddle boarded, practiced our putts on the putting green and enjoyed swimming in the pool followed by a dip in the jacuzzi. The location was perfect. We can’t wait to go back again!! This time for a longer stay🤗

My wife and I have rented many vacation homes. This home was the cleanest, had the most amenities from all indoor items needed to numerous outdoor things to do. This home was just beautifully decorated. Everything for your vacation was covered. The managers were always prompt to answer any and all questions, they even met us upon arrival to give us a tour. Anyone interested in a vacation rental will not be disappointed. My wife and I give this property an A++++++

This property and all of the amenities made for an absolutely great vacation! The house was first class all the way, and the owners and managers have made sure that it has everything possible for a fun time. There is something for everyone. We played golf, swam, kayaked, boated, and enjoyed the prime location. We also spent many evenings enjoying the view from the crows nest. Goose and Gander were always there when we needed them and were SO helpful! We will look at this property first on our next trip to the island!

The house was great! The kitchen was better stocked than any other I have stayed in. There are FOUR extra small refrigerators for wine, beer, food, waters etc. We loved the backyard and screened in porch the most. Even in July, the screened in porch was not too hot. The fire pit had nightly gatherings. The bar downstairs was always filled with friends. It was a perfect location to dock the boat and a short walk or quick golf cart ride to the beach.
