About this villa rental
Just a short walk from the coastline of San Vito, Villa Gemma combines nature, contemporary design and outdoor living.
The private garden leads to the heart of the property: a 10 x 3.5 m bio pool that blends naturally into the Mediterranean landscape. Around the pool, guests can enjoy sun loungers, relaxation areas and an outdoor dining space under the pergola, ideal for breakfasts, aperitifs and al fresco dinners.
The property consists of two independent units.
The main villa features a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with satellite TV. The sleeping area includes a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with a French-size bed, served by an additional bathroom.
The guesthouse, created within a restored stone tower, offers a living area, kitchenette and bathroom with shower.

The property was an absolute dream. You are so close to the sea, you can hear the waves crashing while lounging at the pool. The home is modern and beautiful, and the yard is private and gorgeous. There is secure private parking on site. The location is good, walkable into Polignano a Mare (about 25 min) if you don’t want to have to deal with parking, and also far enough away you’re out of the busyness of town. It was a wonderful hub for exploring all the wonders of Puglia. We would absolutely stay here again. Grazie Tony e Davide per tutto!
