Pacific Sands Resort #18 is located in the charming town of Neskowin. This Pacific Sands Resort Condo has dynamic oceanfront views! The condo is on the second level with a full kitchen, two tub and shower combination bathrooms, and one private bedroom with room for four guests. The kitchen has all you need to cook and serve any vacation or holiday meal. The bedroom has a queen bed, a small TV and an oceanfront deck. The living room has a new, high quality queen Murphy bed for two and a sofa sleeper that is comfortable for the kids. For added entertainment, the condo has a TV in the living room with Direct TV and Wi-Fi! When staying at Pacific Sands Resort #18, you'll have access to miles of sandy beaches from the property and be able to explore the ancient tree stumps when the tide permits. Why not take a stroll through quiet and quaint Neskowin to enjoy a round of golf, the tasty food at Hawk Creek Cafe or browse through the selections at the Neskowin Store. It is a quick and easy drive into Pacific City, north of Neskowin, or you can drive south to Lincoln City where you'll find more shopping and area attractions. A washer and dryer are not available at this condo, but feel free to use the local laundry mat located at the Neskowin Store if the need arises. All Pacific Sands units are non-smoking and that includes balconies.

Great space! Nice and clean, roomy, comfortable bed. Older property but very well maintained. Had everything we needed to cook plus paper supplies and shampoo/conditioner/soaps. Our only complaint was the couch was uncomfortable-needs to be replaced. But THE VIEW!! It can’t be beat. We saw a seal from our deck. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. Great place to stay in a cute little town on a fantastic beach. We’ll be back.

we were very pleased with our stay at Pacific Sands. the views were phenomenal. Mother Nature and the Universe supplied some awesome colors for us. the beach walks didn’t supply many finds, but it was relaxing and unforgettable in the best way. if you are looking for calm and quiet, this is the place to go.

Yes, the emails were friendly and informative. The place was well maintained, clean and well stocked.What stood out was our luck with the weather!!! Every day blue sky and sun. But I know that can't be guaranteed!

I had a great time staying here and the 4th of July in Neskowin is amazing. Cold and cloudy at first but then amazing weather.
This condo has a back bedroom and a Murphy bed and a sleeper sofa. This unit is very dated and could use some TLC and some updates.
