Really enjoyed our stay at this very cozy little cottage . It was perfect for our family to visit other family in Blackstone. We were so happy that we could bring Remi, our sweet lab as well.

The guys I work with booked this house to get out of the normal hotel stay. The house has two bedrooms and a pullout couch April to accommodate all of our people. The bathroom is a jack and Jill and very convenient for getting up in the middle of the night. The train was loud at night, but I grew up in Indiana home of the train tracks. I’m used to it. The refrigerator door does open loudly so if you’re trying to be quiet at night, it’s a dead giveaway when someone’s in the fridge that everything we needed to do we mostly work during the day and slept. I did have an issue getting in but the owner was very helpful and prompt with getting back to me For the price this is a steal

This was a good size for what we needed. The draw back was how close to the railroad tracks it was. At night it felt like the trains were coming through the house. The host was accomadating when we left an article behind and helped us retreive it promptly. I did think the price was high for the area and the size. We had a family member rent another house that was a 3 bedroom 2 full bath twice the size in town for a similar price. All in all we like the house but would have liked to have known about the train before hand.
