You will also have seasonal access to 2 outdoor pools, playground, and picnic area in the Mountain Shadows Resort. Recent purchases include new hot tub and new blue queen size pullout sleeper sofa to accommodate 4 guests.

Overall, it was an excellant stay. It was a nice cabin and area. We spotted Black Bears arround the cabin 11 times dueing our week stay. We could not find the pool from the discripitions in the guest book. Some items that would be nice to improve: 1. a map showing the layout of the resort highlighting the location of the pools; 2. a way to adjust the speed of the ceiling fans, they were either on or off; 3. Information on the operation of the Hot Tub (we don't have one so do not know what is normal for one); 4. The Roku channels seemed to work intermittently ( one night the HGTV on Roku worked, the next it did not).John

For our first trip to the Smokey Mountains our cabin was absolutely perfect! The cabin was so cute. Everything was clean. And we felt right at home. Walking out to the back deck and having such a beautiful mountain scene that was better than anything a professional could have painted was just an added bonus. We didn’t want to leave because we had such an amazing time. Thanks for having us!!
