About this apartment rental
This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed, the guest bedroom has one queen bed and a bunk bed with a full on the lower level and a twin on the top level.. The master bath has a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

We Love Park Place. The location is great walking distance to town and still far away not to be too busy. We love the balconies and listening to the water below. We also love having the full kitchen and washer and dryer. We plan to return year after year for our annual Summer vacation!

This location is not only convenient to downtown, but the small creek beside it makes for a great view. The condo is set up nicely with plenty of room for a family of five. They’re a little aged but it worked for us. Walls are thin so bring ear plugs. You can hear people walking, slamming drawers and kids running back and forth.

Our condo was clean and in good condition . The park condos are located in the perfect area, downtown is a short walk away and easy access to the entrance to the park and the bypass to pigeon forge. Check in and check out was easy. I would recommend that the owner supplies hair products.
