About this villa rental
Escape to our private hill town and take in the fantastic views of the Texas Hill Country. You will enjoy a 270 degree view of the hill country! The privacy and views are sure to amaze you.
Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on your private 40ft Balcony overseeing the Hill Country.
At sunset, walk to the center of the property, sit and watch the sunset with a glass of wine or bubbly, in our comfy Adirondack chairs.
Terra Vista has one bedroom and one bathroom and is 810 sq ft. The villa sits between our Home and our Guest Barn, but is not as close as homes in a subdivision. You have absolute privacy but are not completely alone in the woods. This type of vacation is for those who want the most amazing views and privacy but don’t mind sharing the circle driveway, grill, firepit and swimming pool with other guests.
With three buildings on a private hill, we call this Our Hill Town. We loved visiting some of the beautiful hill towns of Italy and we feel as if we have discovered our own here in Dripping Springs.
We are surrounded by wineries, wedding venues and breweries.
Terra Vista is on the ground floor, has a carport, and a queen sized bed. Additionally, the living room has a sofa sleeper that sleeps 2. The living room tv has an added blueray/dvd player with various movies to watch. This unit is warm and inviting. A true private getaway!
2 TVs in unit. One in the bedroom, one in the living room. Internet with wifi.
Washer and Dryer, Full kitchen and a large private Patio/Deck.
All linens provided. All linens including the Duvet covers on beds are washed after every guest.
Minutes away from Camp Lucy, The Creek Haus, Bell Springs Winery, Graveyard Vineyards tasting room, Hawks Shadow Winery and Texas Hill Country Olive Company.
The driveway is paved and is .8 miles long. Enjoy a daily stroll down and back to the gate, or venture out into the 21 acres of woods. We have a 2.75 mile hiking path that meanders through the property and along the lower road.
Sit on your private balcony and enjoy the views and wildlife.
Large Swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas are behind the main house. Use at your leisure. The pool is an easy 72 steps away from the Villa.
Keurig Coffee pods, cream and sugar are included in the villa.
Please note that this is a private Hill Top Residence and we work hard to keep our property quiet and peaceful for all guests. . Please do not give out our gate code and/or invite any additional unregistered guests to our property.
This unit is open for children and/or a pet. Two pets per visit.

Everything was amazing, we did not know what a treat we were getting. The views were stunning, almost felt like we were in another part of the world. The place was impeccably clean, which is always a comfort. The hosts were so sweet and hospitable, this made our trip to Lavender festival the most relaxing start and end to our busy days. Would love to come back in the cooler months and sit around the fire pit and watch the beautiful sunset.

Cindy and Troy were wonderful hosts. As others have mentioned, the property was spotless when we arrived. The views are incredible, and the sunsets and moonrises over the Hill Country were a highlight of our stay.We love escaping to the Hill Country from Houston and have stayed in several areas over the years. Dripping Springs was a great home base for exploring Wimberley, Pedernales Falls, and Driftwood while still feeling peaceful and tucked away.What stood out most was how thoughtful everything felt. It had the attention to detail of a boutique hotel with the privacy and space of a vacation rental. I especially loved starting my mornings on the balcony with a cup of coffee and wrapping myself up in one of the cozy robes they provided after a shower. The pool is gorgeous, though we regretfully never found time to use it during our 4 night stay. My husband also needed to work remotely during part of the trip and the Wi-Fi was excellent.Our dog is in her golden years and we try to bring her along whenever we can. Cindy and Troy made us feel completely welcome with her. She devoured the treats Cindy left and quickly made herself at home. One of my favorite memories from the trip is the photo Cindy took of the three of us during our final sunset. It's one I'll treasure for years.If you're looking to escape the city, slow down for a few days, and enjoy the beauty of the Hill Country, this is the place. We left feeling refreshed. Such a warm welcome by both the host, Troy and Cindy.Your incredible hospitality made our stay truly special. Loved all the special amenities such as water, snacks, and treats for my dog. That was so sweet of you. Your place is very beautiful, you really set the bar high as host and accommodations.

The hosts were amazing! So was the view, the entire unit was clean, had welcoming gifts and full access to a private patio as well as parking. 10/10 will be booking again!
