The space

Our property is perfectly located for easy access to a number of great shops and restaurants.

Here are some details for your reference:

Kitchen - It has a coffee pot with complimentary tea/coffee! There are also free oatmeal and snacks, pots, pans, basic spices, and bakeware.

Living Room - A smart TV with access to standard streaming platforms. The fireplace is just for show and is not to be used. Games are also provided for offline entertainment. The sofa can be configured as a full-size bed.

Bedroom 1 (Primary) - A large and comfortable king bed is the star, and there is an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 & 3 - Both have queen beds as well as a dual-purpose alarm clock that can also charge your phone. Just ensure you remove your phone case when placing it on top of the alarm clock.
Also 2 queen air mattresses.

Outdoor Deck - A firepit table is set up on the deck, as well as a grill, and both are propane powered. It’s the best place to get your grill on and enjoy some summer sun.

Parking - The garage can comfortably fit two cars, and the driveway can fit a couple more.

Other things to note

Please note that there will be a rental agreement sent after a confirmed booking. Guest is required to sign it in order to get property access.

We do not allow any parties at the property, as the neighborhood is nice and mellow.

This is our home, and we kindly ask that you treat it with respect. If you encounter any problems, we will make our best efforts to take immediate action; however, we do not have anyone who lives on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For guest convenience, the outdoor fire pit is available for use; however, we do not provide firewood, kindling, lighter fluid, matches, or starter supplies. Guests who wish to enjoy the fire pit are welcome to bring their own approved materials and use the amenity responsibly in accordance with local safety guidelines.

Instant booking for our property will only be available for guests that have a 4.0 rating or above. For guests below that rating, reservation requests will be reviewed, and some additional screening and questions will be asked before the reservation may be confirmed.

Along with this, guests that have no reviews, negative reviews, or profiles that are not verified will need to pay a refundable deposit of $300 that will be refunded after check out. It will not be returned only in the event of any missing items or damage that is found after your stay.

While our property is pet friendly, we can only accommodate dogs; no cats are allowed. There is a 2 pet maximum (under 50lbs). We kindly ask that your pets be kept off the furniture and beds and that you crate your pets if you will be leaving them. Please ensure that your pets are potty trained and are taken outside.

We do not provide any pee pads, and a fine of $500 may be applied in the event of the following:

* Pets not on reservation/unauthorized reservation
* Pets on beds/furniture
* Accidents (indoors)
* Prevalent pet odor

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in keeping our place accessible for all guests.

Regular pest control is conducted at the property, and as a precaution, we recommend bringing your own spray.

We have placed ice cube trays in the kitchen drawer, as the fridge ice maker is not working.
