You will also need to register online for the Babcock HOA to get amenity access and they have an $25 fee. All reservations require a 30 day minimum stay as per the HOA regulations. Reservations are available year-round.

Very comfortable place in a great location! Trails, bike lanes and sidewalks everywhere! Townhouse is very well appointed with just about everything you may need. Owner is awesome! Friendly, outgoing and helpful! I could contact her anytime and she would always respond immediately.
