About this apartment rental
Make yourself at home in this marvelous 1-bedroom Salt Lake City retreat. This cozy condo features a queen bed in the bedroom and a comfy sofa bed in the living room with lots of natural light. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and snacks, guests will have everything they need for a perfect stay. (We don’t allow children under 12.) We call this sweet condo our "Happy Place" and we know it will be a happy place for you! Close to downtown event centers, Capitol Hill, Delta Center, ball park and great walking areas around historic Capitol Hill. You will also appreciate just minutes to local grocery stores, delicious and upscale bistros, coffee houses, museums and entertainment. Great view of the Temple lights at night from the bay windows and beautiful blooming chestnut.
This property includes one FREE PARKING space in gated and locked parking. Building has coded locks. Safe and secure building. Please keep in mind this is in the city and there can be noise from the street. There is no elevator and there are 3 short flights of stairs to access condo. (not ADA accessible)
The space is well cared for with love as I also live there part time. Please treat this lovely space with vintage accents and charm as if it were your own.

You can’t beat the location! We came up for a concert at The Depot and loved that it was a very short walk. You have the Delta center across the street and a great view of the Temple. Parking and check in was straight forward with very detailed instructions and photos. Communication with the host was great. We loved the charm and decor of the home. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. It was so comfortable, clean and so well decorated. We were able to walk to many restaurants, parks and museums from this location in downtown SLC. We will be recommending this to our friends and will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
