About this apartment rental
Come enjoy our newly remodeled Condo. Offering new flooring, carpet, granite countertops, furniture, fully remodeled bathrooms and so much more.
Large capacity laundry conveniently located in unit.
High speed wireless internet with speeds up to 200mbps is provided.
There is an HD Flat-screen TV in the living room as well as wall mounted HD TV'S in each of the bedrooms. All TV'S offer Hulu live, streaming hundreds of channels, for your enjoyment at no additional cost.
Fully stocked kitchen is equipped with pots, pans and cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home.
Complimentary toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer are also supplied.
Condo is located on the lower level (14 steps down) cliffside with breathtaking sunset views and red colorful mountains. We LOVE our Guests, and strive to provide a five star experience for every stay.

- 2 large pools (one 18+adult pool and a heated family pool). Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend.
- 0 depth kiddie pool
- 2 Jacuzzis - open year round
- Workout Room
NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. We hope to have the courts up and running the week of April 7th.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view! Clean and comfortable. Perfect for what we needed and very good value! Thanks to our hosts that made us feel very welcome and responded to all communication quickly. Highlight was mimosa on the shady patio overlooking St. George. Appreciated the easy check out

Pros: The house is beautiful and the furniture is comfortable. There was plenty of supplies in the kitchen for cooking meals. The pool was so fun, we spent tons of time there! The property is gorgeous and perfect for walking in the evening. The gym is basic but a good way to lift while on vacation. We absolutely love the guest book, so fun! The view is amazing! We would stay again for sure.Cons: the house was kind of dirty. We own a cleaning business so maybe we are more picky but there was beard hair on the bathroom counter and lots of crumbs/dust/dirt on the floors throughout the house. There was a vacuum and Clorox wipes so it was an easy fix. One screen door is broken and a couple knobs on drawers are messed up but they are still usable.

Unbelievably clean unit. The beds are super comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, and the hosts are amazing with communication.
