New LVP flooring installed December 2022! This 2 bedroom/1 bath condo is on the 2nd story (no condo above) providing amazing views of the gulf canal, from both the den and dining area. The dock, viewable from the condo, is only steps away and is great for launching kayaks, fishing, or even temporarily docking a jet ski (no trailer parking permitted on-site), with having direct access to the gulf. If you don’t feel like driving and want to get out and explore the island, take the free trolley, with a stop right outside your condo, that travels up and down the breathtaking 7-mile island (Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, & Bradenton Beach), with amble stops along the way. Whether you want to escape the cold winters, fish, relax on the beach, or eat great food, you won’t regret your stay at Endless Summer!

We had the loveliest time staying in Endless Summer! It was our first time visiting AMI, so we didn’t know much about its proximity to all the shops and beaches, but it’s truly in the best spot. We were able to walk to all of the stores and restaurants nearby which was a plus. The home itself was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was super quiet. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to enjoy some meals at home, but also visited local restaurants as well. The views from the residence were beautiful! We enjoyed seeing the fish jumping from the window at breakfast. The other residents were always friendly when we saw them in the parking lot coming and going. There was never any noise from traffic, and we felt very safe. We would highly recommend this condo, and look forward to visiting again! Thank you for the amazing family memories made.

We loved our stay at Endless Summer! The location is great. So close to shops and restaurants and the walk to the beach was so easy. The owners supplied everything you could need from cooking to beach supplies. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in this unit last year and noticed that the furniture was pretty warn and made management aware and they replaced some furniture with a new couch and lounge chair. Very nice addition. I forgot to mention last year that the ceiling light socket in the walk in closet has pulled out of some of it's anchors in the sheet rock ceiling .We were afraid to pull down on the chain fearing it might pull the whole socket out of the ceiling .I would also suggest putting some type of light over kitchen sink. In fact the lighting is pretty dim in the whole unit. We enjoyed our stay and just wanted to share with you how you could improve the renters experience.
