It is a pleasant 9-minute walk (0.5 miles) to Bean Point. INTERIORThe keyless front door on the porch deck leads through French doors into a combined dining and living area with a generous amount of comfortable seating. The living room includes a large TV with cable, wifi, and landline telephone. The small kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and has a second keyless entry access. A guest bathroomfeatures a standing shower and combined washer / dryer. The master bedroom with separate bathroom and shower / tub combo has a plush king bed, while a second bedroom has a plush queen bed, and spare bonus room has two plush extra-long twin beds. This property welcomes any day arrival and short stays for the months of mid-Augustthrough January. Other months require manager approval for non-weekly rental. Coquina Cottage is pet and smoke free. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please note if cold days/nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
