Bay front breathtaking view perfect for relaxing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, clamming and pier for crabbing, fishing. Includes Boat Slip with dock.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare anything from a snack to a feast! Eat in and save the cost of expensive restaurants.
Large porch, 10 feet from water to enjoy the spectacular southern view of bay for morning coffee and afternoon happy hour. The view is BREATHTAKING!
3 Bedrooms- master bedroom- queen bed, second bedroom- queen bed, third bedroom- 2 twin beds.
2 bathrooms- one walk-in shower, one tub/shower. One of the bathrooms is located in the master bedroom and the other located off main hallway.

Off street parking for 2 regular size cars. Additional free street parking first come first serve basis.

Use of beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, crab net and clam rake,
Approximate 3 block walk to beach. 35min walk to Calling Concerts.
Walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars, shops, Jolly Roger amusement park, water park, mini golf and speedway.
Off season 2 night getaway rentals for Calling Concerts, Sunfest, Wine on the Beach, Thanksgiving, Festival of Lights, New Year's Eve and Springfest to name a few!

I would definitely stay there again. The property was very well kept and you could actually smell the cleanliness in the condo. There were 2 adults and 3 children total and we had plenty of space. Very friendly neighbors too.

We had a great time. Perfect for small kids as well as for adults. The view is peaceful, the beds were comfy, and we had everything we needed.

The condo was perfect for our family! Everything was super clean, and the whole process was seamless. The outdoor patio area is a dream. Would stay here again!

Amazing home with beautiful views of the bay. It was the perfect place to stay at for busy weekend in Ocean City. Far enough from the craziness of Country Calling but close enough to be convenient. The home was very well maintained, comfortable, and enjoyable with more than enough for 6 adults. We would definitely stay there again.
