In the heart of the historic center of Florence, in the characteristic neighborhood of San Lorenzo, this spacious rustic-style apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to experience the city comfortably on foot.
Located on the second floor without an elevator, the 100 m² apartment accommodates up to 6 people. It has three double bedrooms (with divisible beds), two full bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a large and comfortable living room.
The small terrace
A small terrace overlooks a quiet internal courtyard, a cozy corner where you can take a break in the open air away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 14:00 to 20:00, by appointment. We ask you to let us know your arrival time in advance, so as to better coordinate us. Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. Check-in after 20:00: possible subject to the availability of our staff, with a supplement: 50€ until 22:00 · 80€ from 22:00 to midnight · 100€ from midnight to 02:00. Check-in after 02:00 is not possible.
Guest registration (legal requirement)
Italian law (art. 109 TULPS — R.D. 773/1931) requires us to communicate the identity of all guests to the public security authority. Upon check-in, we will then ask you for a valid identity document for each guest (for foreign guests, a passport). Without this data, we cannot deliver the accommodation to you. This is a requirement for all accommodation facilities in Italy: we record data only for the purpose of public security control.
Tourist tax
The City of Florence applies a tourist tax of 6.00€ per person per night, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Minors up to 12 years old are exempt. (To be paid at check-in/already collected from the platform — adapt according to the booking channel.)
What is included in the rate
Air conditioning, heating, electricity, water, bed linen and towels, use of the washing machine.

The apartment is located in a residential building, so:
No parties or events are allowed. We ask you to respect the silence after 23:00 and avoid slamming doors. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Any additional guests other than those indicated in the booking must be agreed with us in advance.
Heating and air conditioning
Heating: as required by national legislation (D.M. 383 of 06/10/2022), for the City of Florence, the system can be turned on from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours a day, with a temperature adjusted between 19 °C and 21 °C (tolerance included). Air conditioning: to reduce consumption and respect the environment, we ask you to use the air conditioner responsibly, maintaining a temperature of 19—21 °C and turning it off when you leave.

Keep your keys carefully. In case of loss or failure to return, for security reasons it will be necessary to replace the lock, with a charge of 50.00€.
Overtime interventions
For urgent interventions made necessary by improper use by the guest and requested outside office hours (22:00 — 08:00), a fee of 100.00€ will be applied.

Parking and ZTL
The apartment is located in the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), reserved for residents: it is not possible to park freely on the street without incurring a fine. There are two options: a paid private garage in the immediate vicinity (convenient but more expensive), or a car park outside the center (cheaper), from which to reach the apartment by public transport. If you arrive by car, contact us first: we will show you the best solution.

This apartment is ok. Just ok. The people working for the company that owns it are lovely, as are all of the hardworking cleaning staff. The owners need to level up the unit. It is as bare bones as it comes. No art, no lamps no curtains, sheets only, and they can’t be bothered to stock the kitchen with basics that don’t come out of a sealed single use packet. Sadly we were also unlucky with the sewer system which is apparently very old and we had an awful smell in the unit. The management tried to do their best to cover it up, and from what I researched and understood from the staff it is something you must just deal with when in Florence.
It is very well located right near the Mercato central and we felt very safe.
I hope the owners will take the time and level up this unit so that it is not just a place to drop your bags and shower because it could be wonderful with more decor and thoughtful touches in the kitchen.

The location is perfect, right next to large markets and multiple excellent restaurants.The train station is less than a ten minute walk away. The management company is very responsive and answers questions/provides assistance quickly. The apartment is very large but given the price I expected something a little nicer and it needs updating. The bedrooms were sparse and didn’t have curtains (there was curtain hardware but no panels) or decor. Our room only had a bed, one tiny night table and a closet. A bench, dresser, or even suitcase rack would have helped so we wouldn’t have had to put most of our belongings on the floor. The terrace is actually a very small balcony. There is no elevator and you will need to carry luggage up several stairs. The air conditioning works great and we stayed comfortable in spite of the record heat. One bathroom is small and poorly lit but the other one is huge and has the best shower of all our rentals in Italy. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

This place was different and it was expected according to the reviews. The only thing that was not mentioned was the smell from the sewer, holy moly! Marco greeted us and let us in the apartment after a little wait. Marco was very personable and gave us the Italian welcoming we did not expect, in a good way.
