For complete transparency, please note that there is a separate apartment located above the garage that is occupied by a mother and her daughter as long-term residents. This is not a short-term rental. The apartment has its own private entrance, and the residents do not have access to any of the home's amenities, including the pool, jacuzzi, patio, or other guest areas. Likewise, guests will not have access to the apartment or its designated private space. Both living areas are completely independent, allowing everyone to enjoy their privacy.
Optional Upgrade: Pool heating is available for $50 per night. To ensure optimal performance, pool heating must be reserved for the entire stay and paid in advance.

Beautiful property, very clean (just like the photos) and lots of amenities. Lots of room to spread out and be together. Pool and hot tub were a hit. Great space to cookout and enjoy family. Excellent communication with property managers. We definitely would reserve again!

This property was perfect for our family gathering. The hosts go out of their way to accommodate families with every cooking tool you need, three different kinds of coffee makers, washer and dryer, large tables for eating together, a GORGEOUS deck area, perfect for gathering around and cooking in. Two refrigerators! Outdoor cooking area - 2 grills! Everything was well maintained including the pool. Came with plenty of pool toys! Quiet neighborhood very close to groceries and shops. Beautiful covered sitting area outside. We hope to rent this again soon Thank you

We stayed in town for a friend’s wedding in Oviedo and this place was perfect! Close to the airport, close to everything. The house itself was also wonderful!! So clean and kept very well even down to the small little details. The pool & hot tub were great! One thousand percent would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area. Hector & Mely were very communicative also and replied almost instantly to the couple of messages we sent during our stay.
