Apartment for rent in Florence located in the heart of the historic center, halfway between Piazza Santa Croce and Piazza della Signoria. This house consists of a large bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed, the kitchen and a complete bathroom with shower. In all, up to 4 people can stay here. The apartment is very well equipped as it is equipped with internet connection, air conditioning (there is a portable air conditioner), TV, washing machine and everything you need to cook from the oven and the microwave.

We stayed in this unit for four days. The location was perfect where it was near everything, walk able to all popular TikTok spots, restaurants, you name it. The unit did smell a little musty, not sure if its because it was on the ground floor and only one window, but it had everything that was need for our stay. The kitchen had all the utensils, washer, extra pillows and blankets, heater, and AC for when the weather gets hot. Overall, it was a great place and would stay there again. Highly recommend to anyone.

The property boasts an excellent location, but please be aware that it's not suitable for guests arriving by car. In terms of quality, it's on par with a 2.5-star hotel. I've rated it accordingly, so adjust your expectations to match a 2.5-star standard, rather than expecting the amenities of a 3-star hotel.
