About this villa rental
Beautiful villa surrounded by a large park with tall trees and Mediterranean scrub a few steps from the suggestive sandy beach of Procchio. The villa is located in a panoramic position with a splendid sea view of the gulf from both the terrace and the living room. It consists of a kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer; a large living room with dining area and sitting area with fireplace; a large window allows access to the terrace overlooking the sea. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom (possible second bed), 1 bedroom with sofa bed. Two shower rooms. Furnishings: well-kept, TV-SAT internet connection Outside and equipment: barbecue, two pergolas with dining area and relaxation area, private parking

Sebastiano’s home served as a wonderful place to enjoy the Island of Elba. We chose not to bring a car, so the location was perfect - a quiet place to retreat to after days sunbathing or exploring nearby towns. It was a just a 3 minute walk to the beach and a short walk to the centre of Procchio. The weather was great and we took advantage of the large and beautiful patio area, with a view of the bay, for meals and lounging. The house was spacious and comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen. You could tell it has been a home to family and friends who enjoyed life in Procchio. Sebastiano was available and attentive when we had questions, responding quickly by phone or text.We would definitely stay there again!
