About this farm stay rental
A peaceful country getaway! Anahata Farm Retreat is nestled in the midst of Southern Pines' horse country, one hour south of Raleigh. We are located near the end of a quiet, private dirt road. There is space to roam and animals to greet. This a peaceful, pet-friendly spot, guaranteed to help you relax and reconnect. For more pics, search socials for @anahatafarm. Please do not book this room unless you will be the one staying here. NO SMOKING.
You'll stay in the recently renovated Hayloft, in the guest wing above the barn. It is a private room with a comfy queen bed and a brand new, stylish bathroom. A private deck opens up to a view of the Peace Garden and lower pasture. The Hayloft has a cute little kitchenette with Keurig coffeemaker, fridge, and microwave for reheats. This is a private room in our home and does not have a private entrance, however, it is located in the guest wing over the barn on the second floor and accessed from the shared foyer entrance, separated from the main house by a pocket door that always stays closed. In short, you will not be walking through the main house as you come and go. Most guests find this private enough.
Please note: If you have ALLERGIES to cats, dogs, or horses please do not book. Many allergic folks have not been able to stay here and we want you to be happy and safe. Dogs are welcome here — please note there is a $50 pet fee per stay. Please add your pet to your reservation when you book!

Melissa was very welcoming and responsive before and during the visit. Relaxing and peaceful stay. Beautiful property and surrounding areas. Ideal for those looking for peace, tranquility, and a slower pace.

Host was professional, friendly, and very responsive to messages. We chose this Vrbo because of the location and being dog friendly. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very peaceful stay. Lovely, well maintained property. The smell of clean, well cared for horses and fresh hay was a bonus! Thank you for sharing a piece of your home Melissa.
