Step outside and enjoy access to a shared pool and dockage, whether you're bringing a boat or simply love being near the water. We've also included two paddleboards so you can explore the calm backwaters or paddle along the shoreline at your own pace. Overall the new condos were beautiful and the management were helpful and extremely kind. We found that the placement of the TVs in the bedroom were awkward as far as trying to watch a movie etc. as they were on a straight view from the bed. We struggled with the very low tide at the dock as did other boaters. We were aware of this however prior and we decided to give it a go. For boaters it is very hard to navigate the tides and the docking is not desirable for your boating needs if you have anything larger than a small bass boat. The location was closer to than road than we realized. ( However, it was nice to have a Starbucks to walk to, pizza place and Publix right down the road couple mins for families ) Again management really great.
