Booking Guidelines

Welcome to Lakefront Oasis, and thank you for choosing to stay with us! We are excited to host you and want your visit to be relaxing, comfortable, and memorable.

Lakefront Oasis is located in a peaceful residential community. Like many vacation-rental homes, we are required to follow local short-term-rental permit requirements and HOA guidelines. These standards help protect our guests, neighbors, and the property, while allowing us to continue welcoming future visitors.

We understand that the reservation process includes a few additional steps. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and they help us confirm reservations, maintain a safe property, and preserve the quiet lakefront setting that guests come here to enjoy.

Reservation Requirements
To confirm your reservation, please complete the following within 24 hours of booking:

Complete the Guest Portal, including a valid government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and vehicle information for every vehicle that will be on the property.

Sign the Short-Term Rental (STR) Agreement.

Your reservation is considered confirmed once both the Guest Portal and STR Agreement have been completed within the required timeframe.

Property Guidelines
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours. The fire pit must be fully extinguished by 10:00 PM.

Hot tub and patio: You are welcome to use the hot tub and patio after 10:00 PM, provided voices, music, and other noise remain low. The registered guest is responsible for any quiet-hours violation or noise complaint under the signed STR Agreement.

Pets: Cats are not permitted. Dogs that shed are not permitted. Any dog must be disclosed and approved before arrival.

Registered guests and visitors: Only individuals submitted through the Guest Portal registration process may access or stay at the property. Unregistered visitors are not permitted at any time during the reservation.

No parties, events, RVs, or camping: Parties, events, gatherings, RVs, campers, and tents are not permitted. All overnight guests must sleep inside the home.

Reservation purpose: Due to HOA quiet-hour requirements, Lakefront Oasis is not available for construction crews or fishing-trip groups. Reservations made for an unauthorized purpose or that violate these guidelines may be required to vacate the property immediately.

No commercial vehicles or equipment: Commercial trailers, boats, and commercial vehicles are not permitted on the property at any time.

Security cameras: Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas.
