I really like this property, this is our second visit. Well maintained older home. House located on the north east edge of the Redding area in Shasta Lake city. Right next to Shasta Lake and the road to the dam. Lots of critters around, we have seen deer around and other animals. House has great wifi access. All the usual amenities and available. Heating and A/C in the house works really well. Easy to get to I-5, or Lake Blvd for access to Redding. Very quiet home. Owner is super accessible and really helpful.

We stayed for a night while on a family road trip, and the house was great for our needs--clean, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet. It was exactly as described!

Bedrooms large, beds comfortable, well stocked, helpful notes, labels, and directions. Much less guessing than other places we've stayed. Had a small entourage for a graduation celebration. Plenty of room to spread out ! BBQ clean and ready to be used, including utensils! All as we hoped. Thank you for making our graduation weekend easier.
