Beds were comfortable. The front door top hinge was slightly broken. The condo floor had not been cleaned. We felt we needed to wear something on our feet (socks) to avoid dirty feet upon getting into bed at night. We have stayed at many other condo units over the past 2 decades. Most are surprisingly well stocked with basics like salt and pepper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, utensils, oven mitts, mop, and dish rags. This condo did not. Guests, purchase/bring everything you think you use in your own homes. The office could not help us with supplies as rental companies are responsible for individual units.

Stay was great! Always great amenities at the Lighthouse and convenient location for all the best restaurants along Beach Blvd. We'd absolutely stay again!

We had some major pros and cons with our stay at LightHouse 1408. The landing page for Liquid Life was a bit frustrating to find different bits of info. A printout in the condo would have been nice to also have. The location was amazing, the view was great, the beds were comfortable, and the condo was clean. However, we had some pretty dysfunctional maintenance issues that were reported and not addressed. A broken towel bar, a running toilet, a squeaky door, a broken closet door, burnt out light bulbs and the front door was very difficult to open. We reported these issues within 24 hours of arrival and were told it would be addressed within 24 hours but no one came to address any of it during our entire stay. We also were weirdly missing oven mitts. I was less concerned that we had the issues but not impressed with the lack of follow through with response. We paid too much for that to fall through. We did LOVE the kid bunk room but the window of it is located where the front ‘porch light’ is always on. The guest window is the same. We used a car shade to help but some blackout curtains would be helpful in both. It wasn’t a deal breaker but it was a bit frustrating. The location was an easy walk one way to the pier, the other way to local popular places like The Hangout. Beach access was super easy. We felt super safe with our kids running around. Overall I would be willing to give it another chance, but definitely some improvements to be had.
