Villa has 2 dedicated parking spots, 2 porches perfect for relaxing and privileges at both the IGLS club house and pool as well as the Innsbruck Golf Club amenities. The Innsbruck Community has 24-hour security guard, gated entrance, paved roads and is just minutes from Downtown Helen's shopping and restaurants.

The four of us enjoyed our stay. The steps were a little tough for old ladies but the stay was great.

PROS: Location, close to everything, Beds, very comfortable. A/C, works excellent. Area, quiet with beautiful trees. CONS: Needs updating. Carpet is stained. Underlying bad smell. Cleaners left their bag of trash on the counter. No place to walk pets except in the road. Pool not usable. Here was my dilemma - Dale is an EXCEPTIONAL host, you won't find better. Unfortunately, I can't give this place that rating. I really debated whether to even leave a review but since I went off the reviews of others I felt the need to voice my true opinion.
