The entire property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, is for your group’s enjoyment. Access to one garage parking spot is included. Please note only one vehicle is permitted at the property.
The Neighborhood:
Set within the Blackjack Ridge development, this home offers direct access to two world-class resorts — Snowbird and Alta — and year-round outdoor adventure for every skill level. From December through early March, guests enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to Snowbird and a complimentary shuttle to and from Alta, running approximately every 20 minutes from the complex (9:30am–4:30pm). The free UTA bus loops from Snowbird to the Alta Bypass road every 30 minutes while the resorts are open.
When the snow melts, the area reveals an entirely different season — a growing network of trails for hiking, biking, and climbing, with unparalleled ridge views at every level of difficulty, from short scenic walks to multi-peak treks and technical climbing routes.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is via the Alta Shuttle or UTA bus, both of which run regularly during ski season. The shuttle stop is marked and located near the property. Guests may call (801) 301-0122 to flag the shuttle and get an ETA — no standing in the cold required.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES
— We do our best to accommodate early check-ins, though we want to ensure the full property is clean and ready upon arrival. Early bag drop can often be arranged — please inquire if this is of interest to your group.
— Please check the forecast before and during your stay. Inner Lodge status may be declared during periods of extreme snowfall, during which residents are advised not to leave the property.
BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
— Reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older.
— Guests are required to complete a verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving check-in information.
— A valid credit card and photo ID are required for identification purposes only.
— We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or prepaid debit cards.
— Pets are not permitted. Please note that no dogs are allowed in Alta under any circumstance.
— Packages cannot be received at the property. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
— Our homes are equipped with Arlo/Hikvision cameras at exterior entry points only (front/back doors), for guest safety. NoiseAware decibel monitoring is also in use in accordance with local noise regulations.

Beautiful location, easy check in. Furniture is older, but appropriate for a mountain home. We had a couple of indoor mice encounters.

We stayed the fourth week of June and had some chilly mornings (27F, 33F), beautiful days, small patches of snow on trails, and lots of wild flowers. Shop on the way in since there is nothing up in the mountains during summer. The house was fine. It was hard to find based on the address and there were three numbered garages underneath, which made it more confusing. We also did not have the garage code (the only place you can park - one car only parking) and the garage door was locked. The property management is a call center (foreign) and seems to reply with AI generated messages. There is no house manual but we only had problems with the hot tub not being serviced properly (too much bromine) - good luck getting the heavy cover off on the small deck. There are other neglected maintenance items but the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and appliances. Overall we had a great stay.
