With its elliptical layout unfolding in concentric rings, Lucignano is one of the most fascinating examples of medieval town planning. You’ll find a grocery store and several restaurants in the village. For larger shops, Monte San Savino is just a 15-minute drive away and offers several supermarkets. Villa Bellaria is also a great base for day trips to some of the most beautiful places in Tuscany and Umbria, such as Arezzo, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, Siena and Montepulciano.

The villa is painted a cheerful yellow and features traditional dark green wooden shutters. A small terrace with a loggia sits at the entrance, and the entire back of the house is lined with a large covered terrace with a long dining table – the perfect spot for shared meals or relaxing with a book. Families with young children will be pleased to know that the pool is fully fenced, making it easy to relax and enjoy the holiday.
