About this villa rental

Casa ai Borghi is a detached villa surrounded by a well tended garden and a welcoming, homely atmosphere. It offers generous space to unwind, inviting areas to spend time together and a comforting sense of ease, making it an ideal choice for a peaceful holiday with family or friends in an authentic Tuscan setting.

The small village of Centoio is just a five minute drive away and has a bar with a grocery store. In Camucia, about eleven kilometres away, you will find shops and several large supermarkets. Two wineries, Avignonesi and Iviti, are only five minutes away by car and can also be reached on foot, where guests can enjoy wine tastings. The beautiful town of Cortona is only 14 kilometres away and is known for its ancient city walls, the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta and the Franciscan convent Le Celle. Lake Trasimeno, Arezzo, Siena and the Umbrian capital Perugia are also excellent options for memorable day trips.

The house is painted in a warm yellow tone and features traditional wooden shutters. The well maintained garden, surrounded by  a hedge, with lawns, terracotta pots planted with colourful greenery and various seating areas, creates a private and pleasant atmosphere. From here, you can enjoy the view of Cortona perched picturesquely on a hill. Two terraces, one in front of the house and one under a pergola at the back, offer inviting settings for al fresco dining or simply appreciating the tranquillity and Tuscan charm. The pool is perfect for relaxing and refreshing moments on warm summer days.

Inside, the house welcomes guests with a harmonious blend of personal style, comfort and Tuscan tradition. Wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and warm pastel tones on the walls create an inviting and homely ambience. The rooms are lovingly furnished with attention to detail, making guests feel at home from the very first moment.
