This neighborhood boasts walking trails, playgrounds and access to the beach of the James River, which can be seen from the deck. First floor living with a well-stocked, full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, guest wifi and smart TVs give you all the comforts of home. High-quality linens await you, with extra blankets and pillows for your comfort.
Minutes from the property you'll find Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg, Harris Teeter, several local and chain restaurants, many public golf courses and much more.

We had an excellent stay. Th unit was very clean and well appointed with everything you may need and Kingsmill is a great get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The host was very helpful and quick to respond with any question I had. We would live to return at a future date
