This lovely, updated beach front condo at Villa Madeira on Madeira Beach has a great new kitchen! It comes fully equipped. The décor is tasteful and comfortable. Plus, the view from the large screened balcony is fantastic. The master bedroom has a door to the balcony too. The small den can be used as another bedroom. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Florida lifestyle and you are within walking distance to restaurants, shops and other beach activities. Free internet service is available. The only complaint I would say would be the condo sleeps 6 but only had 4 washcloths but we did purchase some for use while there. We had 2 issues come up during our stay with things in the condo but the company was quick to fix. Loved the balcony and condo in general

Overall, this condo was worth the money, primarily because of its unbeatable location. The beach access was excellent, making it easy to enjoy the ocean without a long walk or drive. The covered parking spot inside the gated area was a huge plus and provided extra convenience and security. Everything we needed was nearby, including restaurants, shops, and attractions. There is also a great ice cream shop directly across the street. For the price and the number of bedrooms, this property offered a lot of value and was definitely a great deal.That said, the unit itself could benefit from some maintenance and updates. The photos online were somewhat deceiving, as the condo appeared more modern and updated in the listing than it did in person. There were three large areas in the flooring that were cracked and beginning to cave in. The pantry closet door would not stay closed and appeared to need repair as well.The bathrooms did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival, as there was hair still stuck to the walls.The kitchen was also lacking in basic utensils, cookware, and dishes. The railing on the top bunk bed is cracked, and I would not feel comfortable allowing a child to sleep there. The oven repeatedly shut off and turned back on while cooking, making meal preparation frustrating. whenever the microwave light was turned on, a plastic burnt smell filled the condo. Linens were clean but stained.

Let me begin by saying the accommodations were wonderful! We so enjoyed the panoramic views of the ocean. The sunsets are breathtaking and believe me you won’t want to miss any of them. The condo is clean and very nice. It was more than roomy and perfect for us!!! Just a few things to be aware of and was told it was in the disclaimer but the pool was not ready. That was disappointing but I got over it because the area sustained so much damage from back to back hurricanes . The other mention is that every night we had no signal on the TV so we couldn’t watch television but we managed with out phone and laptop. Other than those 2 minor inconveniences our stay was perfect! Thank you for everything and hopefully we will see you again when everything is up and running.

Overall view was fantastic and the living area was clean and comfortable.
The condo itself needs maintenance. The sliding glass doors in living area need to be replaced or fixed, weather stripping bad far right side. Aloud a lot of humidity in room, this made air conditioner work very hard. All vents sweated terrible!
