Manor house "Panzalla", detached, surrounded by fields and vineyards. 6 apartments in the residence. Property composed of main house and outbuilding 4 km from the centre of San Polo in Chianti, 16 km from the centre of Impruneta, 23 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property, terraced garden with flowers and trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 07.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: reception, internet access, WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). 2 km long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bakery 4 km, bus stop "San Polo in Chianti" 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km. Here's a polished version that keeps your enthusiasm while improving the flow and readability:We had a fantastic stay at Manor House Panzalla Fienile and only wished our three nights could have been longer! The five of us thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking views and loved dining on our private terrace at different times throughout the day and evening. The property exceeded our expectations in every way—it was exceptionally clean, the grounds were beautiful, the pool was refreshing, and even the pillows were incredibly comfortable.The location was also very convenient, with a grocery store less than 10 minutes away, and having access to laundry facilities was an added bonus. We loved the atmosphere so much that it was genuinely difficult to leave for our planned excursions to Florence and our cooking class.Our host was outstanding—responsive, kind, and extremely helpful. He provided clear directions and many useful tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Tuscany, and we are already dreaming about coming back!

We have enjoyed our stay in Villa Panzalla with our children. Fantastic home, super view, top swimming pool and very nice hosts.

Schönes Haus, geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Netter Vermieter, der auf Wünsche eingeht. (In unserem Fall eine Mikrowelle.) Nicht nur die Erwachsenen, sondern auch die Kleinkinder, haben sich wohl gefühlt. Traumhafte Aussicht auf die typischen Toskana-Täler. Im Garten mit Olivenbäumen immer wieder Plätzchen/Sessel für Pärchen. Geeignet für Menschen, die in Ruhe entspannen möchten.
