Unit was pleasantly clean and well furnished and beds and bedding were nice. My check in process was a little hectic but the property manager responded right away to rectify. Other guests in the community were partying all night, but the owners of this unit had nothing to do with that. Overall, would stay again.

It was very annoying to arrive and not have power. I wasted hours calling the maintenance number without much help from the host. The main office was unable to assist since the properties are individually owned. I finally got through and was told someone would arrive at some point, but they could not tell me when. Since we had to deal with this we were unable to do the actual plans we had scheduled. We did find out that we had power by 10pm.
The house was nice and decorated well. It was a bummer that there was limited toilet paper and there is an area that has an exposed carpet tack strip. We placed a towel down to protect the kids feet, but overall everything was okay.
