With exclusive guest access to Camp Lake James amenities, a private boat dock, and high-end furnishings throughout, this spacious four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home is the perfect base for your Lake James escape.

• Sleek and modern kitchen with gas range, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, and drip-style coffee maker
• Spacious screened-in porch with cozy seating, game table, and outdoor dining for 4
• Wood-burning fire pit and gas grill, overlooking the backyard and Lake James
• Main-level laundry room with washer, dryer, and wet bar. Note: The icemaker is not usable.
• Lower-level living room with sectional, 55" TV with Roku for streaming, and access to the covered patio

• Main floor primary bedroom with California king-size bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower
• Upper-level bedroom with queen-size bed; a full bathroom, with bathtub and shower, can be accessed from the hallway

Some blackout dates and holiday limitations apply. Please inquire for more information.
This lakefront home offers direct access to beautiful Lake James and includes a private dock for your enjoyment. Please note that the homeowner's boat is permanently docked and not available for guest use. Guests are welcome to tie a boat on the other side using the dock cleats. Boats cannot be launched from the property, so guests should plan to use one of the nearby public boat ramps on Lake James.

Beautiful home with amazing amenities! Space is really well used with two living areas and a bunk room. (Please put curtains or blinds on the sliders in the downstairs bedroom!)

This is a wonderful house. It is better far the best appointed kitchen I have ever encountered in a rental. The views out the rear of the house towards the lake are lovely and serene. The bonus is how incredibly close the pool and beach activities are. This is a winner!
