Just cannot beat the location! In the heart of Nye Beach makes it so, so easy to have walking access to the beach, shops, & food options. And the view from the deck is spectacular!My only suggestion to the owners would be to replace the leather couch. I didn't mind at all that it didn't seem to fit the beachy theme of the cottage, but it was quite uncomfortable to sit on, very low to the ground, and not easy to get in and out of if you're in a certain age group! Other than that it was a very clean, cozy cottage and had everything else we needed for our stay. Will very likely go back within the next few months!

Not as clean as I would have liked. The carpet was really dirty. The place smelled like stale cigarettes and the screen for the sliding glass door needs repaired.
