The 2 bedroom house was cutely decorated and was 2 blocks to Kanosh Town Park where we were attending a family reunion. Kitchen and living room was a nice open floor plan. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a queen bed with a bunk that has a single on top and a queen on bottom.There were plenty of towels in bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen was decently stocked with dishes and some spices. We stayed 2 nights, slept and showered there, but didn't really cook...Just used microwave and coffee maker.The house is older but has been decorated with a cute farm charm with updated and modern looking kitchen as well as bathroom sink and vanity.I agree with other reviews that the owner is slow to respond to emails. Knowing and experiencing this with questions I had asked 3 months ahead of arriving, I requested check in information 5 days in advance and was responded to later in the day with the lock code, but never received an official welcome email with wifi code or other instructions of expectations of what needed to be done at check out...nor did we see anything written at the house for checkout expectations.We did find the wifi code on display in the glass cabinet of the kitchen so we were good. We washed the 3 dishes we used, emptied the trash, swept floors, and put used towels on the washer. We were visiting for a local family reunion so the house and location were perfect for 6 people. I would recommend this house.

It was clean and cute!It is a great location to ride our side by side from into the Piute ATV trails. From drive way to mountain side. Beautiful sunsets! Would stay there again.

Owner was wonderful, when we reached out not having instructions how to enter the property. House was clean but not attended to. Beds were slept in and unmade. Towels were on the floor in the bathroom. Property was so wonderful, eccentric, colorful, and very comfortable.
