The full size kitchen includes granite countertops, and granite island featuring 4 stools for you to enjoy meals, playing games, or simply enjoying a beverage. The bathroom has been updated to include a rainfall showerhead, and stand up shower. New flat-screen smart TVs adorn the walls in the bedroom, and living room. The beautiful balcony has two adirondack chairs, lounge chair and table, perfect for a quiet breakfast, or sunrise viewing. It’s the best spot for morning coffee! This location is perfect for beach access and centrally located to reach the boardwalk Broadway or north Myrtle Beach within less than 10 minutes. Be prepared for a tight parking lot garage or park on the side of the building of your vehicle is over 16 ft..This draw back outweighs the property and the location across from the garden of the sea park.
