Centrally located close to the parkway for easy access to I-40, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. Close and easy access to Sevierville Convention Center and Soaky Mountain Water Park, literally across the street! Echota subdivision is located just off Winfield Dunn Parkway.

Close to all that Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg have to offer! Just off the parkway so you can get where you need to go but set back enough in the neighborhood and from the road that you feel like you isolated from the "city'. We have a nice wooded back yard to enjoy the mountain air. We have a FLAT driveway with no steep roads to access the property.
We highly recommend travel insurance is highly recommended to protect you from unforeseen changes in your travel plans.

Great location—close to everything, yet still secluded and private. The property was very clean and perfect for our family. We really enjoyed all of the amenities and had a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

Overall our family had a pretty good trip (2 adults, 2 kids 5&9). The cabin was the perfect size and looks like the pictures. It's in a quiet neighborhood not far from all the touristy things but far enough to enjoy the silence. The hot tub was great and a nice way to end our evenings. We did have a mouse problem, there were some droppings on the towels in both bathrooms and in the master closet. There were also some weird bugs on the curtains in the loft and on the paper towels in the kitchen. I sent a message to the owner, she said she would have their pest control company come out after we left, but there wasn't really a resolution while we were there. It made me uncomfortable, though I did understand that mice happen in the mountains. We didn't use the kitchen really, we were gone most of the day and just used the microwave in the morning and I brought my own paper plates, silverware etc. The bathrooms were nice and it was nice to have a separate bathroom from the kids. The cable was spotty, but again understandable in the mountains. Overall it worked for what we needed, host was responsive, cabin was as advertised. The kids really enjoyed the loft, they had some games, a TV and some books up there. Despite the pest issues we encountered, we would probably stay again.

This was the sweetest little cabin and so clean! It was very accommodating for me and my husband. We will certainly be back!

The cabin was very well cleaned and maintained and provided just enough space for the four of us. We also enjoyed the views.
