About this bed and breakfast
This new 2 bedroom guesthouse, centrally located in the beautiful Annapolis Valley, is a year round haven for visitors to the area. Two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, full kitchen, washer & dryer, A/C, and a woodstove -- what more could you ask for?!
Wolfville and its vineyards are 30 minutes away. At the other end of the Valley is Annapolis Royal, the first European settlement in North America. Peggy's Cove, Lunenburg, Digby, and Yarmouth are an easy drive.
Please note: we are semi-rural, with a restaurant and convenience store close by. Groceries and a liquor store are in Berwick, 10 km to the east.

This property was beautiful and very welcoming and cozy. It had everything a person could ask for. Comfortable beds and great amenities in the kitchen. We didn't use the laundry facilities, but they looked fine. Nice private deck. No stairs whatsoever with a covered carport right next to the front door. Clean, easy to use barbecue. The wood stove threw great heat during our rainy stay. Kathryn was a great host, very pleasant, communicated well and had great recommendations for things to do in the area. We would highly recommend this location and home. Convenient amenities in the area.

Kathryn and Jim were lovely and the property was beautiful. All amenities you could possibly need were supplied and the suite was immaculate.We enjoyed the private deck and meeting their sweet pup.We will stay here again - thanks for everything :)

This cozy home was absolutley perfect! It was super clean. The bedding was crisp and clean, the kitchen is full of eveything needed and also very clean. We loved the fireplace and the endless supply of wood. Jim and Kathryn go above and beyond providing a perfect stay. 5 star plus. Thank you!!!
