We really like the atmosphere of the Amsterdam Inn & Suites!! All the staff are very friendly & helpful!! The furniture and the art work and decor is very calming & beautiful. The decor which is reflecting the Netherlands culture is lovely!!!

The two free electric cars charging stations right next to the hotel, really practical for people with EV! Beds were really comfortable too! Breakfast was really good!
I didn’t know there was no elevator in this hotel and that our room would be on the second floor with a little staircase to climb with all our luggage! I might have overlooked the information in our booking, so it’s not necessarily their fault!

The location was perfect. The layout of the hotel was also very convenient. The room was nice, spacious and clean.

The location was perfect - walking distance to some shops and food/restaurants. I liked that it was an external entrance so I didn't have to walk far to my car.
The room was a bit damp/musty and the bathroom needs a bit of updating (the toilet was so low to the ground and the shower/tub was clean, but was clearly old and in need of an upgrade.
