The check-in was smooth and easy. Nice to have a pool on the premises., Room was spacious and pretty well equipped.
The hallways and room lighting are kind of dark. Renovations are taking place so that will help. The desk space for checking emails etc on our laptop was set really high, not good for a normal height person.

Great shower. Good breakfast. Room large and comfy
Serious security problems. Kids from neighbourhood coming into hotel using unlocked back door, fooling around in the pool area with no supervision, running the halls screaming and banging on doors. Notified staff, they were aware but did not seem too concerned. If 4 -12 year olds can get in, who else can?
Door to staff area was left open. Ice machine on first floor broken. 2 lamps in room 147 did not work
Tv would not shut off with remote, had yo unplug it. We were not informed that the hotel was under renovation when we booked.
