Budget friendly motel with nice pub attached. The pedestrian bridge nearby means the city centre is within walking district. A very short walk to Picaroons brewery and restaurant was a bonus.
The pub did not stay open very late on certain days.

the price was very good, it met our expectation, easy to exit the property, close to where we wanted to go

Reception was courteous and friendly. The young lady at the desk was the quiet sort, which was a bit hard to hear.
The room served our purpose. It was clean, the bed comfortable and the hot water in the shower, abundant. The caulking on the tub surround could use attention.
The sheets were stiff and somewhat scratchy.
