Our Department for 6 people, offers a comfortable stay and is located on the 8th floor enjoying a spectacular 180 degree view of the bay and the beautiful mountain of the tropical jungle that borders the city, you just have to walk 5 minutes to arrive to a Beach club crossing the avenue

Location was very centralized for the day trips we took. Having a dedicated parking spot was huge plus! The unit had a great view and spacious balcony. The only downside was the listing of the rooftop grill as a way to cook, but there was no gas to cook with. As we were there for a week there was no desire for us to purchase a gas cylinder. The second amenity listed that led us to pick this unis was "futon". Listed as 2 bedrooms a pull out sofa, and futon. The reality was there was a wide folding cot in the closet of the main bedroom to setup. Still a great stay and would return again!

Amazing 10 days. Loved our condo. It was perfect for our family of five. Would highly recommend and revisit as it was a perfect location and was easy to get around. Clean and AC units in each bedroom.

Beautiful views and felt very safe with 24/7 security outside, will be staying here again when we go back to Vallarta.

Air conditioning is controlled by owners. Room gets hot quickly, must be present for them to be turned on. Even then they did not cool the place. Keys must be handed to/from the property manager which is also inconvenient if you're on the go. These are the inconveniences, but the place was nice and the pool is really nice too.
