About this house rental

3 bedroom, 3 full bath 1500 sq' secluded townhouse. Located at the end of a quiet culdesac. 2 stories. Sleeps 6 in bedrooms. There is also a queen pull out sofa in living room. Large back deck. Refurbished kitchen and all bathrooms 2019. Brand new hardwood floors in all bedrooms and stairway 2021. All brand new appliances. New washer and dryer. Short walk, .3 miles to downtown. Free Wifi and cable TV, Roku. DVD player. Beds: King, Queen, 2 Doubles, Queen pull out couch. Fireplace, Duraflame logs only, you provide. Parking limited to 2 cars. No pets please. Rental Permit 2025-STR-0249

House was extremely close to downtown restaurants. We dined at a different location for dinner each night. We dined at Breakfast Club each morning before our day excursions in our motorcycles. We think the week prior to Memorial Day was perfect. No extreme crowds and no waits to eat.Amenities were great, to include the washer and dryer as we used those everyday.

This place was perfect for our long weekend stay in Placid. Walkable down to Main Street shops and restaurants. Clean space and kitchen had all necessary amenities. Plenty of space and felt like we were at home. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

We loved the location, the fact that we were an end unit and the best was 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths! Perfect for our weekend away with friends! Our host was responsive to all our questions! It was convenient to downtown!
