Walking distance to Main Street where most restaurants, pubs and shops are located. 8 mile drive to Olympic Whiteface Mountain. A few blocks to the Olympic arena, speed skating oval as well as to Mirror Lake for both summer and winter enjoyment. Off street parking WIFI cable and washer dryer are included. Very quiet residential neighborhood.A patio/deck with fire pit and outside seating. Pets are ok with advance notice, $50 dog fee will apply “2 night minimum on weekends” Accommodates 8 very comfortably with extra Aero beds. Permit Number STR-200159 3 parking spaces 3 cars max due to regulations! Ironman 2024 is Available 6 night minimum.

This house was super cute and comfy. The host was really responsive and friendly, plus he left us some breakfast goodies in the fridge which was very appreciated. I am not a great packer and I always forget numerous little things…this house was so incredibly stocked with anything you could have possibly forgotten. Worth the return trip just for that! Great location.

We just got home from a Thanksgiving stay at Andrew's house in Lak Placid. The house was clean and very nice. Communicaton with him was good. We highly reccomend his house.

A wonderful VRBO! Awesome location and the house was so clean and so welcoming! Andrew was so accommodating with a last minute request for a family member’s dog and allowed us to check in early!! Highly recommend this property!

Very nice house! The house was very clean , superbly stocked and organized! The front porch was great and the deck/patio area was a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy the fire stove. The beds were very comfortable. The master suite was just lovely with lots of room and and a large bathroom. The location was excellent! One of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. Enjoyed ourselves immensely! Highly recommend!!

This was a beautiful home, very convenient to downtown Lake Placid. The home is very well appointed, very comfortable, and the host provided many unexpected amenities. We look forward to staying there again.

We enjoyed the 2 separate bedroom spaces. Upstairs bedroom and bath set up like a suite. Downstairs 2 smaller bedrooms and bath down a short hallway gave us and our friends a comfortable enjoyable home away from home. As other reviewers noted, Andy has fully stocked kitchen and bathroom supplies. The numerous indoor plants and decor were attractive and inviting. We used the back patio space everyday. The kindling, newspaper and firewood were kept dry and ready to go. The location was great! We walked to the town, area restaurants, and the Mirror Lake walking path everyday. Thank you, Andy!

Took my 2 adult sons on a fishing trip in the area and this was the perfect place for us. Able to walk to downtown for restaurants but also well furnished for grilling and enjoying the nice backyard deck area. Could not have been happier with the choice. Thanks for the hospitality.

This house was the perfect setting to celebrate our daughters recent engagement Within walking distance to Town shops and restaurants ! And on the marathon route in which some of our family ran the half ! House is immaculate , completely stocked and Andy is super helpful , friendly and responsive ! Definitely coming back !

The house was ready when we arrived and very clean, extra of everything. Easy to find the property and plenty of parking for 3 vehicles. Ages ranged from 7 months to 89 years, and we were all comfortable. Andy was great to work with and communicated check in information, provided numbers should there be any issues during our stay, and reached out when the reservation was made. Nice family weekend in Lake Placid.

We loved this house. Highly recommend it, especially if you are there for an event at the Olympic Ice Arena. We were a group of four (2 moms and our daughters) who were there for the Synchronized Skating World Championships. The location was perfect and the house worked great for our group. Super clean, amazingly well stocked kitchen, comfortable seating, etc. The host was super friendly and helpful. No complaints from us, we loved it!

Such a great property and a great area. We came to Lake Placid to watch our son in a ski race - we were close to Whiteface for the races, yet when we were back at the house we were walking distance to the Lake Placid village which was incredible. Olympic history, restaurants, shops, etc. -- such a fun place to spend a weekend.

Property exists as described. Very comfy and cozy home. To say it’s clean is an understatement. Felt like home. Check-in could not have been easier. We made the short walk to town several times. The only, small suggestion is larger sheets/blanket in back/downstairs bedroom. Items were too small to allow “tuck-in”. Had a hard time keeping covered during the night. Well done Andy!

We loved the house. We had a wedding to attend and the house allowed us time with our kids a bit more then separate hotel rooms would have. Nice to talk over coffee and getting ready and relaxing in the evening. We used the fireplace outside on a beautiful night. House was clean, had everything you could need. Basket of bathroom supplies was very nice. Staples in the fridge upon arrival was a surprise and very welcoming. We loved the house and the area and hope to get back.

Very clean, nice kitchen and living room area. Very nice amenities from the owner. We especially enjoyed the large outside deck with plenty of chairs, a bar area, lighting, tiki torches, and a chimenea.

It’s a great property and Andy does a fantastic job communicating and managing it. The neighborhood was not so quiet for our stay but it’s not Andy’s fault the neighbors were jackhammering their front stoop. It was very comforting having the wingback chair next to the upstairs toilet in case you need to hold a hand for moral support.

We had an amazing long weekend with our family. Close to everything we wanted to do. The house exceeded our expectations. Nicely decorated, clean, & had everything we could need. If we lived closer we’d be back for sure. Andy made everything so easy & his home is beautiful!

The property was even better than advertised and Andy was super, super responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the awesome deck in the back with some nice fires. The rooms were cozy and spacious. We walked on numerous occasions into town for food and beverages. It was all the little details that made this place special and welcoming. We visited for winter carnival. The location was amazing, so close to the Lake Placid strip and a short drive into Saranac Lake. Can’t beat the location. The house was just absolutely adorable. We felt so comfortable the moment we walked in. So comfortable and cozy, just the right size for our family. We loved the decor and thought it fit perfectly with the location in the Adirondacks. The host was so great with communicating. The property was actually available well ahead of the check in time. This worked out perfectly for us. We will definitely be staying again next year! Already planning to book the same weekend!

This complacency couldn’t have been better! Super close to town, a few blocks to the lake, and easy to bypass the town traffic and get to Whiteface. There was food provided, more than enough towels, and cleaning supplies. Definitely renting this place every time I go to Lake Placid
