Historic Avenues apartment only minutes from the heart of Downtown Salt Lake, the convention center, Energy Solutions Arena (Jazz B-ball), Capitol Theatre, Temple Square, museums, shopping, and still only approximately 45 minutes to the mountain tops and seven world class ski resorts! Located on a tree lined street near many beautiful turn of the century homes. Comes with a fully stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, two smart T.V.s with cable, an outdoor seating area, coffee/tea and creamer.

Great location and good value. Nice having a good sized, and full kitchen. And a laundromat right across the street.
Only little hiccups were (1) there were no specific instructions to find our apartment. We first walked in the front door and had to walk upstairs (with luggage) to realize our apartment entrance was in the rear.
And (2) the description said the apartment had a small patio (and showed a picture of it), but alas there was no outdoor seating area. Host said this was a mistake that he will fix.
However, all in all , we were happy with it.
