About this house rental
Relax in this comfortable 3-bedroom Keizer home just minutes from Salem. Keizer Valley Estate offers easy access to I-5, Keizer Station, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, making it a convenient home base for families, work trips, extended stays, and Willamette Valley adventures.
The Space
This welcoming 3-bedroom home has plenty of room to settle in and feel at home. Enjoy a full kitchen for preparing meals, in-home laundry, WiFi, comfortable living spaces, and everything you need.
Guest are able to access the entire home.
This is a house with two separate units. The unit on the right towards the cul-de-sac is the VRBO. The unit on the left is a group home with individuals with development disabilities. These units are not shared living and you get the entire place to you and your additional guest. The next door group home are children with disabilities. This can lead to noise and loud music on the group home side of the house at times.( Very rarely) If you’re someone who isn’t a fan of loud music and noise then this would probably wouldn’t be a good fit. Please contact the host for any additional info.

Location was convenient for the places I needed to go. The neighborhood seemed quiet. The neighbors in the adjoining duplex/group home were quiet, no problems at all. Parking was off street. I did have some security concerns about the property- window that could not be secured. Host is now aware. Furniture was adequate, not overly comfortable. The host was responsive, arranged to have more toilet paper and paper towels delivered when we got low on supplies.
