Leadville is a very walkable city, and this home is only minutes from downtown. Free off-street parking is included.

Great stay recently while in the area rock climbing. Our host community well with us and the place was very clean. Overall the home was just the “base camp” making our trip all the better.

The listing was as advertised and clean. Also, the check in process was smooth and the property manager was responsive and attentive.

The photos of the house and property are very misleading. It's much smaller than it seemed it would be. We got notification 10 minutes before our check in time that the cleaners needed an additional hour. We didn't check in until 5:15!! Then the heat didn't work. They finally sent a handy man at nearly 9:00 at night. Those are not the experiences you expect when you are paying these kinds of prices!!
