You will get all the lake vibes in this tastefully decorated and updated three bedroom condo in the Emerald Bay complex. It’s centrally located off Horseshoe Bend Parkway with nearby golf courses and close to the historic Bagnell Dam Strip that offers family fun, terrific restaurants and nightlife. This condo features an open concept kitchen, dining and living area so you can’t miss the lake views. The kitchen is well-equipped with all of the essentials. You can enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar, dining room table or out on the screened-in porch. The living room features comfortable seating, a large flat screen tv and a wall of glass that opens up to the porch overlooking the lake. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, large flat screen tv and an adjoining master bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms offer a king bed in one and a queen in the other, both with flat screen TVs. The guest bedrooms share a bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. This unit has a full size washer and dryer too. The Emerald Bay Condominium Complex features an outdoor seasonal pool, and tennis court. You will feel right at home in this delightful condo! It was a great condo centrally located to what we needed. There are a few suggestions we have: the first bedroom as you walk in to the right - the correct fitting sheets would be nice. The sheets were meant for a full and it is a queen. Kept fighting with the sheets to stay on. Another suggestion is the outdoor patio furniture. It would be nice to have a bigger table and more chairs.
