Overall a good stay. Only complaints really are the mattresses were terrible and need replaced and also the microwave was glitchy and locked up. It had to be unplugged in order to open and use so it obviously needs replaced as well. Host was excellent communicating all info needed.

Great location! They had couch not a futon as described. Have a daughter and son and they do not share as they are older now but we made it work for the few days before college move in. We love staying at Waikīkī Banyan Condominiums and now with daughter attending HPU we will definitely be back!

The apartment was clean and is big. it's close to waikiki beach. But the kitchen was missing the forks and spoons, .We had to buy some plastic cutlery.The same for the beach towels we never founded. The toilet got clogged on the second day.The air conditioner was leaking water onto the terrace floor ,we had to use our towels to keep the floor dry to prevent and accident. The microwave!!! The only way to open the microwave door is by unplugging it in and plugging it again . .Our stay was very short only 2 nights. We contact the owner to ask for the silverware and the towels the fist night and we got and answer the next day after noontime so we solve this problems by ourself. On The bath room ,the soap dispenser was empty. I recommend that the apartment owner change maintenance staff to keep it in good condition.
