Recommend 4 wheel drive or AWD vehicle to climb steep 1/8 mi gravel driveway with switch back half way up.
Secluded property at 3200 ft elevation. Located 10 miles from Caesar’s Head and 10 miles Brevard. Close to many hiking trails, waterfalls and shopping excursions. A great place for hikers, mountain bikers.
Every day brings a different and beautiful view of the Blue Ridge Mountains of NC to the North. Come rain, shine, sleet or snow, it is heaven on "Bow Mountain". Lots of good hiking choices. Close by: Reece Place Falls. It's only 3/4 mile from the cabin as the crow flies (2.5 miles by car down East Fork plus the mile hike). A really beautiful fall with low traffic.

Most beautiful place to come and reset. Ms. Claudia was very kind and when I got stuck on the incline (didn't shift my Jeep in time) she helped me get back down and then up. Everything that was needed was available and she checked on me twice, since I came alone. Would recommend her spot to anyone.

This was a wonderful cabin, on top of a garage (so stairs involved). Very clean and perfect for 2 people and a dog. The view was fantastic! The road up to the cabin was steep and narrow and not much flat area to walk the dog. Claudia replied to my messages right away. One thing I found was that opening the cabin info was not on my VRBO listing but Claudia helped with that. I highly recommend this cabin!

We enjoyed our time! It’s cozy, clean, and has the most beautiful views! I do wish there was better outside lighting, but other than than it’s perfect!

Our stay was perfect. This rental property is truly special and provided the break from the city that I truly needed. One of the best things is the location, you are less than an hour away from so many wonderful hikes. 10/10 hope to stay again.
