Compass Cove Resort is a smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, in units, and on balconies.

AMENITIES: Starting 9/1/21, guests will not have access to the onsite restaurants (including the tiki bar and coffee shop), waterslide, laundry facility, kids' slide area, or fitness center. All other water features are available, except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.
PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed from March 1 to October 31.
Pets are only allowed for long-term renters (30+ days) from November to February.

A wonderful stay. A beautiful view!!!Check-in and check-out went smoothly, only one bother the smell from the toilet /bathroom/ was a bit off-putting—I understand that this isn't the host's fault,and that it might simply be due to the plumbing system—but overall, everything was excellent.My number 10/10.

The host was wonderful — super friendly, responsive, and made sure every little detail was perfect. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience.We’ve stayed at many beachfront rentals, but this one tops them all. Five stars is not enough — we’re already planning our return trip!

The room was very clean and exactly as expected. We had a great view and only steps away from the beach. Julie was always available and communication was great.
